Paris Luxury Rentals employs its own staff of cleaners and greeters. Many rental companies contract with outside sources for these very important duties or rely on the owners for cleaning and maintenance. We feel there is no substitute for our own ‘head of housekeeping’ who can check to make sure that everything is in place, and sparkling, and up to our own high standards. Having our own staff in place locally also means that we can respond quickly to special requests or problems, should they arise. We also have a team of plumbers, electricians and carpenters who have worked with us for many years that we rely on for quick response when needed.

Our minimum cost on most rentals is for seven nights.

Yes, rentals can begin and end on the day you choose. We feel this allows greater flexibility in booking air travel and allows for the best fares. On some apartments, during the month of June, which is the peak of the high season, we request a 2 weeks minimum, Saturday to Saturday stay, if booked more than three months in advance .
